우선 플라이밀 프로틴은 마시고 나면 배불러서 입 터짐을 막아주는 것 같아요 ㅎㅎ 운동 후 전 상관없이 간식대용으로도 좋고 디저트 생각날때 추천합니다. 또한 프로틴 맛도 있어 특유 비릿한 맛이 안나서 부담없이 즐길 수 있고 프로틴 마시고 싶어 운동하는 이중효과도 있습니다 ㅎㅎ 운동후에 마시면 근육 이완도 되는 거 같아 좋습니다 할인 행사하면 또 구매할게요♥️💜

Strawberry flavour is soo good! I think it has freeze dried strawberries in it. I have it with unsweetened almond milk and it literally tastes like strawberry milk. Yum! Makes dieting so much easier and tastier.
Have tried 11 flavours and can say that Chocolate is my absolute favourite. Green tea, milk tea, strawberry taste amazing too and are close seconds! Have now placed another order - thats my second order within a month. Makes dieting so much easier and keep cravings in check.
Got these with PVC green grape flavour. It’s such a convenient way of taking care of yourself. I’m in postpartum stage and it’s been so stressful watching what I eat to loose the weight that I have gained. This jelly is like a non-guilty pleasure snack that also helps you. I’m sooooooo loving the product and it’s not sour or too tangy at all. I love it!
What I like about it most is that it comes in packs, which is easier to take on the go. Brown flavor tastes like the korean dessert. Overall it make me feel full, best alternative meal which is high in protein.

I don’t usually exercise or know much about protein stuff, but this was surprisingly good. smooth texture, not too sweet, and no weird aftertaste. Even as a total newbie, I could finish the whole thing easily 😋😋

Surprisingly refreshing! Tangy grapefruit flavour with a mild vinegar taste. I had it with cold water, so good!
I decided to try Liveling Pink Cleanse despite not being a big fan of grapefruit flavour. To my surprise, it tastes quite good when mixed with water (sparkling water tasted better!). When consumed within 30 minutes after a meal, it's supposed to help gradually lower blood sugar levels post-meal, so I plan to keep drinking it regularly.
I bought this sample set to see which flavours myself & my partner liked best & it’s going to be hard to decide which flavours we’ll be buying next! I love how easy & portable the protein is, which makes it easy for after the gym or at work

Great flavour and very filling. I drink it as a shake but also add a spoonful to weetbix or yoghurt for breakfast to mix it up. The price is reasonable for the portion size, and it keeps me feeling full for longer.
