Q. How many servings are in one box?
Each box contains 30 servings (15ml each), totalling 450ml.
Q. What is the expiration date?
Shelf life is 24 months from manufacturing.
Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight; consume promptly after opening.
Q. When should I take it?
Take anytime, preferably within 30 minutes after meals, diluted in sparkling or still water.
Q. Can pregnant women consume it?
Liveling Cleanse's ingredients include apple or pineapple cider vinegar, lemon balm, and green tea extract. Lemon balm and green tea extract contain naturally occuring caffeine.
For a safer experience, we recommend pregnant women to consult their doctors before purchasing or consuming.
Q. Does it contain caffeine?
The ingredients of Liveling Cleanse, Lemon balm and green tea extract contain caffeine. If you are sensitive to caffeine, we recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before consumption.
Q. Can children consume it?
Children can consume it, but due to its acidity, we recommend increasing the dilution with water.

Store at room temperature in a cool place away from direct sunlight, and consume as soon as possible after opening.
Q. When should | take it?
You can enjoy it anytime throughout the day. It can be used as a meal replacement or for protein supplementation before or after exercise.
We recommend consuming it 1-2 times a day.
Q. Do l have to mix it with water only?
FLIMEAL Protein Shakes taste great with water, milk, plant-based milk or other liquids. Even with just water, it has no unpleasant aftertaste.
Q. Can children and pregnant women drink it?
FLIMEAL Protein Shakes are made using Non-GMO Cerfitied Protein for safety. However, as some individuals may have allergic reactions to soy protein, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before consumption.
