At Keda, we are committed to delivering your order promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we manage and deliver your orders.


New Zealand Delivery Timeframes

Auckland Overnight Courier: 1-3 business days

Auckland Rural & Waiheke Island: Additional 2-3 business days

North Island Ovenight Courier: 1-3 business days

South Island Economy Courier: 3-5 business days

Australia Delivery Timeframes

NSW / ACT / QLD / VIC (Metro & Urban): 3-10 business days

SA / TAS / WA (Perth Metro): 5-12 business days

WA (outside Perth Metro) & NT: Delivery times vary - please enquire with our team before placing your order.

 

 


Delivery Process

For all New Zealand orders, we use NZ Post Overnight Courier for North Island deliveries and NZ Courier Economy Service for South Island deliveries, to provide a cost-effective and efficient delivery experience.

All Australian orders are shipped directly from Auckland, New Zealand via NZPost International (Courier/EMS).

 

We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible within standard business hours. However, please note that the estimated delivery time does not include processing time.  

Orders placed before 12:00PM (NZST), Monday to Thursday will be dispatched on the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00PM (NZST) on Thursday, as well as anytime on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.

Please note:

  • We do not dispatch orders on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays.

  • During promotional periods or high-volume seasons, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.

  • You will receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped.

 

If you are subscribed to our mailing list, a confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent once your order is dispatched.

We do not send tracking details via SMS, so if you would like to receive a tracking link, please subscribe.

To ensure a smooth and timely delivery process, please carefully select the correct shipping rate based on your delivery address. If the shipping rate selected does not match your delivery region, this may delay the processing of your order.

Our system is designed to flag mismatched shipping rates and delivery addresses, which will prevent us from processing your order until the issue is resolved. 

Please note that if we do not receive a response within 5 business days regarding this matter, your order will be cancelled.  Thank you for your understanding.

 

Import Taxes & Duties (Australia)

 

Recipients of Australian deliveries may be subject to import taxes, GST (10%), customs duties, and handling fees charged by the customs office or courier.

Import fees may vary depending on:

  • Product category and declared value

  • Shipping cost and weight

  • Customs clearance channel

  • Import duty and GST thresholds

 

Important notes:

  • Any duties, taxes, or import fees incurred are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Some shipments may be exempt if the value is below a certain threshold. Please check with Australian Border Force (ABF) for current rules.

  • Keda is not liable for these charges, and no refunds will be issued for orders where import fees remain unpaid.

 

Address Requirements

Please provide a physical address where someone will be available to receive the parcel between 9am - 5pm on weekdays.

Consider using a workplace address if no one will be home during delivery hours. If you are doing so, please mention the building name or business name in the 'Organisation' field.

 

Signature Requirement

  • New Zealand Deliveries:
    All orders are shipped as non-signature required by default.
    If you would like to request a Signature Required delivery, please indicate this in the notes section at the time of placing your order.

  • Australia Deliveries:
    All orders are shipped with Signature Required service. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as we are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


Delivery Delays and Responsibility

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to NZ Post handling or rural address locations.

 

Post-Delivery Issues

Neither Keda nor NZ Post can offer refunds or replacements for items that have been lost, damaged, or stolen after being successfully delivered to your property.

If you parcel tracking shows as 'delivered' but you have not received it, then please lodge a claim to NZPost and let us know the claim number so we can  receive updates directly from them.

To initiate a claim, you must contact us within 21 days. After this period, we and NZ Post will be unable to assist.
