How It Works:
Week 1:
- Days 1-3: Kickstart your metabolism with 4 protein shakes a day - Breakfast/Lunch/Snack/Dinner
- Days 4-7: Have 1 low-carb meal at lunch, then 3 protein shakes for your remaining meals.
Week 2:
- Enjoy 2 low-carb meals at lunch and dinner, with 2 shakes for the other meals.
- Add one 24-hour fast during the week to boost fat burning.
Week 3:
- Same structure as Week 2 (2 low-carb meals, 2 shakes).
- Increase to two 24-hour fasts during the week (avoid fasting on consecutive days).
Week 4:
- If muscle mass has increased and body fat has decreased, aim for three 24-hour fasts.
- If muscle mass has decreased, repeat the Week 3 schedule for continued progress.
