How It Works:
Week 1: Detox & Reset Phase
- Days 1-3: Kickstart your metabolism with 4 protein shakes a day - Breakfast/Lunch/Snack/Dinner
- Days 4-7: Have 1 low-carb meal at lunch, then 3 protein shakes for your remaining meals.
You can eat the following foods freely (as long as they’re not combined with restricted foods):

Protein: Eggs, chicken breast, tofu, fish (white fish, raw fish), seafood

Vegetables: Lettuce, broccoli, cucumber, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, radish, carrots

Other: Seaweed, kimchi (no sugar), pickled garlic, plain yogurt, fermented foods

Fats & Oils: Olive oil, coconut oil, perilla oil, avocado

Seasoning: Soy sauce, chili powder, pepper, mustard, garlic

Carbs (limited): Small amount of sweet pumpkin, cauliflower rice, black rice

Beverages: Water, herbal tea (no fruity tea), green tea
Week 2: Light Carbs Added
- Enjoy 2 low-carb meals at lunch and dinner, with 2 shakes for the other meals.
- Add one 24-hour fast during the week to boost fat burning.
You may now eat all Week 1 foods, plus:

Week 3: Energy Boost Phase
- Same structure as Week 2 (2 low-carb meals, 2 shakes).
